Account Registration & Personal Information
19 BajeProviding accurate and complete information is mandatory when registering an account. We reserve the right to close any account created using false or incorrect details.
- Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed.
- Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
- Transferring, selling, or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
- If you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
- A KYC verification is required to update any information provided at the time of registration.
Note: Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will be considered "multi-accounting."

- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it will be converted to real money once all wagering conditions have been met.
- Each bonus has its own validity period — any bonus that expires before use will be forfeited.

Betting & Gaming Rules

- Odds in Sports Betting are dynamic, and the odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

- If you encounter a software bug or glitch in any game, report it to support immediately — exploiting it will be treated as a violation.

Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

Account Suspension & Closure
19 Baje reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Breach of Terms
- During investigation if fraud is suspected
- Refusing to complete KYC verification
- Extended periods of inactivity (over 12 months)
Members may also request account closure at any time. The account will be closed within 48 hours of the request, and any remaining balance will be refunded (excluding bonus balance).
